Bria brings creative marketing strategies and a modern touch, while Steve offers time-tested knowledge and seasoned perspective.

With 28 years in real estate, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and calm confidence to every client interaction. He's a true expert in the industry and prides himself on his honesty, reliability, and down-to-earth approach. Steve is deeply committed to helping clients navigate the real estate process with clarity and confidence.
Outside of real estate, Steve lives on a ranch with his wife, two daughters, two highland cows, two dogs, chickens, and guinea chickens. He finds joy in exploring his land, taking care of his animals, and soaking in the peaceful rhythm of ranch life.

Bria is in her 9th year as a real estate professional and brings a vibrant energy and deep expertise to every transaction. Known for her marketing savvy and experience working closely with first-time home buyers, Bria excels at making the process approachable and seamless. She has a genuine love for people and is passionate about creating meaningful connections with her clients.
At home, Bria lives with her husband and their beloved bernedoodle, Scout, and they’re eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first baby in May 2025. When she’s not helping clients, you can find her planning her next trip or enjoying time with family and friends.
